When you purchase an ArchivistaBox, the purchase price always includes the maintenance contract for the first year for the ArchivistaBox in question. This includes a guaranteed response time in the event of faults, a free replacement box in the event of a hardware defect and all updates for the duration of the maintenance contract. Support is always provided by the supplier of the ArchivistaBox, i.e. where the ArchivistaBox was purchased. If a supplier is no longer a sales partner for the ArchivistaBox, you will receive support from another sales partner or directly from Archivista GmbH. In doing so, you agree that the maintenance contract will continue without interruption within the usual framework with the new contracting party.
The maintenance contract always lasts for one year (unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of purchase of the ArchivistaBox) and is automatically extended by a further year, unless the purchaser or the supplier terminates the maintenance contract at least three months before the end of the respective support year. Changed general conditions (e.g. price adjustments) on the part of the supplier can be communicated with the same period of notice.
