25.7.16 Clear log table
With ArchivistaDMS, every process is logged in log tables in the database. This means that it is always clear which job can and should process which document. After processing, these entries remain in the log tables until they are definitively removed using this tool.
This tool is only mandatory when several million files have already been processed. Therefore this tool is usually only needed for very large archives. However, it may be necessary to call up the tool if errors occur during processing and the ArchivistaBox repeatedly gets stuck on the same document. In this case, all entries can be deleted using this tool. However, documents that have not yet been processed will no longer be processed. This data would have to be transferred to ArchivistaDMS again.
