25.7.18 Check backup (USB)
With this tool you can check a backup made to a USB hard drive for the integrity of the data. In doing so, the current ArchivistaBox is temporarily taken out of service and at the same time the instance is activated from the backup. In doing so, you can check via WebDMS whether the data is present on the USB disk.
Use this tool with caution, as the active database is temporarily unavailable during this process. In particular, please do not forget to click the last item after verifying the data, so that the 'sharp' database is activated again. Although backup copy of ArchivistaDMS on the USB disk is started with read-only rights, no data can be processed during the entire time of the verification process. If you have two ArchivistaBoxes, you should use the slave computer for the test and restart the master instance of the ArchivistaBox after this so that the data can be reconciled.
