After you activate the export, you can login with a previously defined user name. You can then find the menu item 'Export documents' in the WebDMS under 'Choose action'. When you select this function, the system asks you to specify the required database name. When you enter a name and confirm the action, an export is carried out with the data records that are currently selected. This can be done either by creating a new database or exporting to a self-supporting archive (see 29).
