3.2 Notes on Box Models
The ArchivistaBoxes are available in various performance classes, for one or more users, for small as well as large archives. Below we would like to introduce the different ArchivistaBox models.
important: Product changes are subject to change due to the rapid development in hardware. An updated list of box models and types can be found in our shop.archivista.ch.
All ArchivistaBox models include the following components: Text recognition and creation of searchable PDF files, file upload via Windows share and FTP server as well as WebDMS (without control from third-party application via API), versioning, print server (incl. automatic transfer of file name). The virtualization module (ArchivistaVM) is also available.
All ArchivistaBox systems can be extended with the Albis scan station.
The following modules are also available: Barcode recognition, API: Control from third party application, COLD: Extraction of field values during printing, Mail archiving with IMAP protocol and Form recognition. You can find these optional for the respective ArchivistaBox models at shop.archivista.ch.
