25.7.13 Define table structure for images
In the default delivery all documents are stored in one table. For larger archives this table would become extremely large (up to several TByte). As a result, access to the data would become very slow.
With this tool, the tables of ArchivistaDMS can be divided into several sub-tables. A certain number of folders (see WebAdmin and there Manage archive) is used to create a sub-table.
Support for this function is only available to customers who have an ArchivistaBox Saentis, Pilatus, Titlis, Eiger or Matterhorn. For the other ArchivistaBoxes, the table does not become so large that splitting is necessary.
