25.7.14 Setup database for multimedia content

Since version 2019/XI, ArchivistaDMS can manage multimedia files. Since multimedia files always have certain core data (meta keys), matching fields can be automatically added to each ArchivistaDMS database. These fields include: MediaName, MediaSizeMB, MediaType, MediaCodec, MediaWidth, MediaHeight, MediaSeconds, MediaFrames, MediaBits, MediaRate and MediaDevice.

By calling this tool these fields can be activated automatically.

Image tip The program only adds the fields. Which of these fields should be displayed in which masks for which users, these settings must be made in WebAdmin under Fields and Masks and there under Masks.
