26.4 Graphics

Under this menu various programs are available to work with graphical elements.

Image desktop_graphics

The most important programs are:

DesktopPublishing with Scribus: creating books, newspapers and printed materials.
Offline photo album with gThumb: Quick browsing for image files (before importing to ArchivistaDMS).
Image files with MyPaint: Easy editing of images.
graphics program Inkscape: create logos and flyers with SVG format

Image tip This list is missing GIMP, the comprehensive image editing program on Linux. GIMP is not included on the ArchivistaBox at delivery, but can be optionally installed later, more information about this 26.8.
