2.4 Access Web Applications

On the ArchivistaDMS login screen you can access the various web applications directly.

Image tip To access the login mask, the IP address of the ArchivistaBox must first be entered in a web browser (Firefox, Edge, Chrome, Safari). When working directly on the ArchivistaBox desktop, ArchivistaDMS can be called up, for example, by entering DMS and confirming with the Enter key via the Start menu.

Home: Switch to logging into ArchivistaVM. Clicking on Home (top right) again switches back to the ArchivistaDMS login screen.

WebDMS: Working with the document management system (DMS).

WebAdmin: Making changes in an archive database (example: edit fields).

WebConfig: Make changes to ArchivistaBox (example: set up share drive).

WebERP (optional): If the ERP module is activated, the link directly to WebERP can also be found on the login screen.
