First of all, both archivista and root are only needed on the ArchivistaBox desktop, for daily work with ArchivistaDMS these accounts are not needed.
In ArchivistaDMS (WebDMS as well as WebAdmin) the default account is 'Admin' (Password: archivista), in ArchivistaERP the desired admin user is created when setting up the database. On the other hand, the root user is required for ArchivistaVM as well as ArchivistaConfig.
When working with the ArchivistaBox desktop, there are the user accounts 'archivista' and 'root'. The 'archivista' user is started each time the ArchivistaBox is booted.
