ArchivistaBox Dolder + Fujitsu iX500 Package
Egg, 21st March 2014: Both the Easy and Full packages contain all the components necessary for getting a small multiple-user DMS up and running. The Easy Package contains the ArchivistaBox Dolder with keypad for connection to a Fujitsu fast document scanner. The Full Package comes with a Fujitsu iX500 document scanner. Both packages need no installation whatsoever. Simply enter the relevant IP-data when ordering, open the package on receipt and connect up the components, switch on the box and the scanner and the system is ready for operation in less than 60 seconds – no time-consuming installation and no extra effort required.
Easy Package means everything included
Our ArchivistaBox system prices are fully disclosed and can be checked at all times. Component prices are available at our Web Shop pages and can be used to check our complete system prices. It’s even easier with the Easy Package. This package contains all the components needed to get a multi-user DMS up and running.
Easy Package contains the following components: ArchivistaBox Dolder, 2 simultaneously-operating users or 6 user profiles, 2 databases, max. 20 GB data, 20,000 files or 100,000 pages and the installed driver for the Fujitsu document scanner. So much for the basic data.
As everyone knows, a DMS only brings joy if documents are properly handled. The Easy Package offers the following options: a) document uploading, b) document transfer via network folders (SMB and FTP), c) document printing into the archive, d) image uploading from USB stick / camera, and e) paper document scanning with fast Fujitsu duplex document scanners – in short, the provision of everything required for a complete web-based DMS.
The delivered solution is completely configured (including IP-data). Simply switch on the Box and wait 60 seconds … it is then ready to work with any standard Web browser. The ArchivistaBox WebClient can also be called from a tablet or mobile phone – no plug-ins whatsoever are required. Data backup onto CD/DVD, external USB disk or via the network (SMB, NFS or RSYNC) – the choice is yours.
Easy Package with 24% price reduction for 499 Swiss francs.
Easy Package contains the following components: ArchivistaBox Dolder (360 Swiss francs), option of two simultaneous users (6 user profiles): CHF 120. Keypad for scanning: CHF 30. Scanner / driver for Fujitsu document scanner: CHF 90. This gives a total package price of CHF 600 (exc. VAT). With a 24% price discount, the Easy Package is available for CHF 456. Postage and packing (CHF 6.05) and an additional 8% for VAT bring the total price to CHF 499. The Easy Package is available within the EU for 385.04 euros (exc. VAT, postage & packing via Maxi-Brief).
A maintenance fee of 15% of the official price (less scanner) is payable from the second year and onwards. This amounts to CHF 90 (exc. VAT) or CHF 97.20 (including VAT). All updates, a free of charge ArchivistaBox replacement in the event of hardware defects and a malfunction response time of (max) 8 hours are included in the maintenance contract. Business hours (Mo-Fr 8:00-12 and 13:30-17:30).

Full Package with 20% price discount for 999 Swiss francs.
The Full Package includes, in addition to the full scope of supply and services provided by the Easy Package, the Fujitsu iX500 rapid duplex document scanner. The Full Package comprises the following components: ArchivistaBox Dolder (360 Swiss francs), option of two simultaneously-operating users (6 user profiles): CHF 120. Keypad for scanning: CHF 30. Scanner / driver for Fujitsu document scanner: CHF 90. Fujitsu iX500 scanner: CHF 540. This gives a total package price of CHF 1140 (exc. VAT).
With a 20% price discount, the Full Package is available for CHF 912. Postage and packing (CHF 13) and an additional 8% for VAT bring the total price to CHF 999 (incl. of VAT). Maintenance contract fees for the first year are also included.

Easy or Full Package for existing customers
Existing customers can also benefit from these packages. Both packages are suitable for use as inexpensive backup stations that include a replacement scanner. Thanks to Rsstore-on-the-Fly, TB-sized databases can be checked for correctness at any time using the ArchivistaBox Dolder.
